  • Collaborate with various teams to address talent needs and enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Influence senior leaders and stakeholders through effective communication and strategic recommendations.
  • Travel as necessary to meet team and client demands.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources in roles such as generalist, consultant, or analyst.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or change management within a people services context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday.
  • Understanding of compensation structures, employee benefits, onboarding processes, and relevant employment laws.
  • Strong ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • PHR or SPHR certification.
