Position Title: Leasing Supervisor


Core Responsibilities

The Leasing Supervisor plays a crucial role in providing market insights and strategic direction for both the management and leasing teams at Gro HR Consulting. This position serves as the primary liaison for prospective and existing tenants, embodying the values of humility, integrity, and accountability.


Key Duties Include:

  • In-depth knowledge of properties managed by Gro HR Consulting, including their locations, features, and amenities.
  • Offering constructive feedback and recommendations regarding leasing strategies and pricing for each property.
  • Mentoring and guiding leasing personnel by leveraging market expertise and experience.
  • Understanding the roles and responsibilities of various departments within Gro HR Consulting to enhance support for tenants and external partners.
  • Coordinating and conducting property tours and showings to attract new leases.
  • Preparing and presenting lease agreements for both new and renewing tenants, addressing any inquiries related to the lease and property management.
  • Managing lease documentation and other internal paperwork efficiently.
  • Ensuring the assigned company vehicle is maintained in a safe and clean condition, if applicable.
  • Willingness to work overtime during peak activity periods.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required.
