Front Office Coordinator

Talk to Tucker, a prominent title insurance agency, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to oversee all functions related to the front desk and reception area. This role is crucial in fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a friendly and vibrant environment for agents, clients, and guests.
- Welcome visitors as they arrive at the office.
- Handle incoming phone calls, providing information and directing calls to the right personnel.
- Guide guests to their designated meeting rooms.
- Ensure secure communication of wire instructions.
- Report any maintenance issues to the management team.
- Maintain and order refreshments and snacks for the reception area.
- Distribute daily mail and packages.
- Match checks with invoices, log them, and ensure timely mailing.
- Assist the Closing Coordinator with data entry for regulatory compliance.
- Complete the entry of 1099 forms into the database and file them appropriately.
- Exhibit regular and dependable attendance.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
