Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships with potential clients.
  • Accurately onboard new client information, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering presentations with precision.
  • Participate in client meetings to devise innovative sales strategies that will enhance customer acquisition.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective clients.
  • Represent the company professionally while engaging with clients, customers, and team members.
  • Collaborate with fellow Account Managers and the Sales Team to drive sales growth.
  • Become well-versed in telecommunications and our clients' brands to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work autonomously and exercise sound judgment in identifying, developing, and sustaining suitable client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in roles such as Account Management, Business Development, Inside/Outside Sales, or Client Success Management.
  • Exceptional listening and communication abilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to make swift, effective decisions.
  • Adept at thriving in an independent setting while also being an outstanding team player.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities in a dynamic environment.
  • A keen sense of urgency, resilience, and a drive to excel.
  • A competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
