Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Production Manager to join our team at Yaamava' Resort and Casino at San Manuel. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and operation of video-related production needs for live events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Video Production Management: Lead the installation and operation of video-related production needs for live events, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and safely.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various Panasonic cameras during events, setting up and tearing down cameras and intercom lines as needed, and making ISO recordings per client requests.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all equipment, expediting maintenance issues as necessary to maintain production deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with production throughout the event as needed, communicate with production managers to determine tour audio needs, and work closely with technical advance to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Rapidly diagnose video production system issues and IT problems, providing alternative solutions as needed to maintain production deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum six years of experience with live entertainment performance video production required; previous experience as a Head-level video programmer required.
  • Skills: Advanced troubleshooting skills with video systems, including Ross, Blackmagic, Panasonic, and Planar; experience with fiber, SMPTE, and Ethernet networks; proficiency in video production software and integration, including Grand MA on PC, Stream Deck, Blackmagic, Atem, and Resolume.
  • Certifications: Professional certification in lighting technology or a related field required at time of hire; AVIXA-CTS certification preferred.
