Position Overview:

Your Impact:

  • Oversee supplier campaigns and revenue streams.
  • Develop strategic campaign recommendations aligned with suppliers' business objectives.
  • Facilitate the creative process between suppliers and Walmart Connect's creative teams.
  • Manage agency proposal templates and ensure proper tagging.
  • Work closely with campaign management on activation, trafficking, and optimization.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaign progress.
  • Collaborate with Measurement & Analytics to guarantee accurate reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance supplier strategies and drive additional revenue.
  • Support the monthly billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Engage cross-functionally within Walmart Connect and merchandising to achieve optimal results for suppliers.
  • Mentor Senior Campaign Managers and junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to create proposals, evaluate deals, and follow up on opportunities.
  • Manage client relationships and identify growth opportunities to exceed initial revenue expectations.
  • Lead campaign initiation and performance discussions with clients.
  • Provide technical guidance on campaign specifications and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Achieve all role-specific accountability metrics and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and collaborate with multifunctional teams to meet supplier needs.
  • Experience in developing media plan recommendations.
  • Strong follow-through and accountability across teams.
  • Detail-oriented project management skills to strengthen supplier relationships and investments.
  • Familiarity with analytics, advertising data, and DMP technologies, coupled with strong analytical skills.
  • Resourceful in navigating a large organization while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work proactively under pressure and manage multiple requests.
  • Comfortable escalating and presenting key issues to management.
  • Strategic thinker capable of influencing supplier investments in advertising.
