Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant client protocols is essential, as is fulfilling laboratory requests with minimal direct oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a range of straightforward inventory management tasks (including receipt, check-in, logging, labeling, inventory tracking, transport, and check-out) alongside administrative duties to support laboratory functions.
  • Relay task status updates to supervisors and/or relevant laboratory personnel.
  • Engage in training on SOPs, regulatory standards, and storage protocols.
  • Assist in responding to environmental unit alerts and may take part in on-call duties.
  • Complete daily assignments accurately, promptly, and safely.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, along with relevant formal academic or vocational qualifications.
  • Technical roles may necessitate a certification.
  • Prior experience that equips the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill the role (typically 0 to 1 year) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Years of experience refer to the typical duration of related experience required to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Experience alone should not be the sole criterion for job classification or employment decisions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
