Key Responsibilities
  • Hunting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Candidate and Client Management: Manage a portfolio of candidates and clients, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in suitable roles.
  • Proposal Development and Pitching: Develop and pitch proposals to clients to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
