Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Join H Star as a Senior Account Executive and play a critical role in driving advertising revenue growth for our network. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling dynamic sports sponsorships, innovative promotional packages, and targeted advertising spot schedules to advertising agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to increase revenue year-over-year
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales budget
  • Develop, expand, and manage assigned accounts to maximize advertising revenue
  • Utilize integration concepts to develop regional sports marketing programs
  • Build relationships through strategic client contact and negotiate rates and other contractual terms with advertising agencies
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong overall knowledge of the media industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make effective presentations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective organizational and project management skills
Work Environment:

This role will work in an office and stadium environment. The employee will be required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision.

Travel:

Modest travel may be expected for this position.
