About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with sales tools and technology, including Salesforce
