Job Title: Senior Account Executive

At Marsh McLennan Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for managing complex client relationships and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client insurance programs, utilizing agency management systems to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and vendors to drive business growth and retention.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on insurance-related matters, including policy analysis, risk management, and claims handling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of client services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain expertise and provide value-added services to clients.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, insurance sales, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including liability, property, and workers' compensation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
