Senior Account Executive

Join AEG as a Senior Account Executive and play a critical role in driving advertising revenue growth for our network. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling dynamic sports sponsorships, innovative promotional packages, and targeted advertising spot schedules to clients and advertising agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed assigned sales budget
- Develop, expand, and manage assigned accounts to maximize advertising revenue
- Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to increase revenue year over year
- Understand and manage a transparent sales process, including account updates, collections, and management of schedules
- Negotiate rates and other contractual terms with advertising agencies
- Develop regional sports marketing programs
- Stay up-to-date on media industry trends and emerging technologies
- Research and analyze competitive media to generate new prospects and appointments
- Prospect, qualify, and close sales to generate new advertising revenue
- Build relationships with clients through strategic contact and responsible use of expense accounts
- Manage an effective work-flow process with sales support team
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of the media industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make effective presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Effective organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment
This role will work in an office and stadium environment, requiring the ability to work in all types of outdoor weather conditions and within a stadium environment.
