Position Overview:

Career Group is in search of an Admissions Specialist who will be instrumental in overseeing the enrollment processes, ensuring a streamlined and effective experience for clients and their families. This role encompasses the collection, organization, and distribution of information while acting as a key resource for families. The Specialist is tasked with providing a seamless admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Inquiries: Address general phone inquiries with professionalism and respect, delivering precise and clear information regarding our programs and services.
  • Support Families: Proactively engage with families to assist them throughout the admissions process.
  • Manage Documentation: Complete and oversee all required documentation promptly, ensuring that electronic records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work in partnership with team members while maintaining a high degree of organization.
  • Demonstrate Flexibility: Adapt to shifting priorities throughout the day and manage tasks effectively.
  • Data Management: Input data related to interactions with families and providers into the system.
  • Oversee Admissions: Manage the admissions process from initiation to completion.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the behavioral health sector.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health practices and insurance verification processes is beneficial.
