Key Responsibilities:
95% - Program Support
Engage in a mission-oriented environment that prioritizes high-quality performance, emphasizing customer service, consistency, dignity, and accountability. Collaborate with the team to fulfill departmental responsibilities and align with both short- and long-term objectives. Manage specialized processes for the program, addressing inquiries and clarifying policies and regulations.
Develop informative materials, prepare and organize data for reporting purposes. Ensure that all processes adhere to regulatory standards by maintaining and documenting workflows, operational procedures, and policies. Represent the program in various projects and serve as a liaison within or outside the organization. Facilitate communication on specialized subjects and create reporting tools as needed. Act as a bridge between Enrollment and other Customer Service personnel. Conduct quality assurance evaluations.
5% - Additional Duties
Complete other assigned projects and responsibilities to support the operational and business needs of the department.
Minimum Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 1 year of experience in eligibility and/or reconciliation is necessary.
An equivalent combination of education and experience that sufficiently meets the essential duties of the position may also be considered.
