Job OverviewPosition: Office Administration Coordinator
Compensation: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to support the Human Resources and General Affairs departments in maintaining efficient operations. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a variety of tasks and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Administration:
    • Refine drafts and verbal directives into professional documents such as agendas, letters, and notices.
    • Process executive expense reports accurately and promptly.
    • Organize engaging company-wide events and monthly gatherings.
    • Oversee logistics, including shipping labels, office supplies, and storage management.
    • Manage administrative tasks like ordering business cards and scheduling conference rooms.
    • Coordinate employee appreciation gifts for various occasions.
  • Human Resources Support:
    • Maintain the organizational chart and ensure it is updated regularly.
    • Keep the company intranet information current and user-friendly.
    • Assist in facilitating employee training sessions and monitor compliance.
    • Collaborate with management to ensure job descriptions are accurate and updated annually.
    • Support the performance evaluation process and assist in setting employee goals.
    • Guide employees through the Annual Open Enrollment process.
