Client Relationship Coordinator II

Position Overview: The role involves overseeing client service challenges and administrative responsibilities to enhance client interactions. Guidance is sought for more intricate matters.
- Investigates and resolves client and employee concerns regarding enrollment and billing discrepancies.
- Analyzes, reconciles, and dispatches client invoices.
- Prepares and distributes client reports.
- Monitors and processes enrollment and payroll documentation.
- Conducts audits on enrollment and payroll records.
- Ensures accurate posting of enrollment and payroll information to relevant parties.
- Engages in new client onboarding discussions and benefit presentations.
- Provides assistance on special projects as required.
- Maintains data accuracy and adheres to agency protocols.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in a related field. Experience in accounting or auditing is advantageous.
- Possession of an insurance license is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exhibits strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Collaborates effectively within a team setting. Encouraged to pursue Career Path requirements.
