Penta Group is in search of an innovative and results-oriented Director of Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Partner overseeing Marketing, this individual will be tasked with crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the firm's brand, boosting client engagement, and driving business expansion.

Leveraging your expertise in content creation, you will elevate Penta's brand reputation and establish thought leadership within the professional services sector. Your proficiency in data-driven marketing strategies will enable you to analyze campaign performance metrics, derive insights, and refine our marketing efforts to enhance future outreach effectiveness.

This position demands exceptional project management capabilities, a profound understanding of professional services, and a collaborative, analytical approach to problem-solving. You will be expected to fulfill our marketing objectives by working closely with internal resources across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and growth for Penta's analytics and consulting services.
  2. Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, employing both digital and field marketing tactics.
  3. Generate compelling content for various marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
  4. Manage brand reputation campaigns for Penta, including the development of published materials.
  5. Provide guidance and support to team members involved in marketing and communications.
  6. Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  7. Evaluate marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance future outreach success.
  8. Present campaign performance metrics to leadership, offering insights into the impact of marketing efforts.
  9. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing and communications.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, strategic communications, or a related discipline.
  2. Over 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on content, digital, and field marketing initiatives, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
  3. Strong ability to create engaging content for blogs, thought leadership articles, and insights reports.
  4. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies.
  5. Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing and communications plans throughout the client development cycle.
  6. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  7. Experience with marketing analytics and measurement tools.
  8. A background in the professional services industry is advantageous.
  9. Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus.
  10. Experience with graphic design tools like Figma or Canva is beneficial.

Location: This position is intended for personnel based in the U.S. and will follow a hybrid work model.

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role will be competitive, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
