About The Role


In the capacity of Head of Marketing Growth Strategies, you will be instrumental in positioning Altruist as the leading brand in the custodial services industry.

As a key member of the marketing leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will oversee various functions that collectively enhance brand awareness, stimulate demand, attract new clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage a comprehensive growth strategy focused on new customer acquisition, optimizing for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Lead the long-term strategy for our web and mobile applications, integrating data, technology, and design to meet customer expectations.
  • Refine media mix and marketing attribution models to enhance resource allocation, stimulate growth, and improve full-funnel performance.
  • Formulate and implement an SEO strategy aimed at boosting organic lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue.
  • Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of website, app, and full-funnel initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with business intelligence and finance teams to enhance attribution, growth forecasts, ROI reporting, and communication of outcomes to leadership.
  • Work in partnership with various marketing functions, business intelligence, product, and engineering teams to create exceptional user experiences and enhance our marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce materials that drive performance and elevate the brand.
  • Recruit and nurture talent to achieve peak performance and develop high-velocity growth marketing capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or product management.
  • A passion for enhancing analytics technology and key marketing metrics to improve understanding of marketing expenditures and overall channel effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and comprehend the entire business funnel, understanding how decisions impact the organization and its financial outcomes.
  • A demonstrated history of performance optimization and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong track record of success in driving user growth, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing approaches.
  • A solid analytics background with a high level of proficiency in utilizing data platforms for informed decision-making.
  • Capability to identify process and organizational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
