- Over 10 years of experience in formulating and directing growth and demand generation marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to tackle business challenges with creativity, innovation, and a results-driven approach.
- Possess an experimental mindset, regularly conducting tests.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, and Display Advertising.
- Extensive experience in email marketing, covering both acquisition and lifecycle strategies.
- Demonstrated success in driving and scaling pipeline generation in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence, capable of articulating complex concepts effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, focusing on team development, scalability, and achieving organizational objectives.
- Expertise in problem-solving methodologies and project prioritization in fast-paced settings.
- Commitment to promoting transparency, communication, and fiscal responsibility within the organization.
- Proven success in supporting BDR and Sales functions.
- Familiarity with Hubspot and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Preferred: experience managing a Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
- As the Head of Marketing Growth Strategies at Census, you will be instrumental in guiding our revenue operations team, overseeing email marketing, and managing paid search and social media strategies.
- Take charge of digital, email, and event marketing channels, as well as pipeline generation for the NAMER and EMEA regions.
- Establish and diligently monitor KPIs and performance metrics, swiftly adapting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet ambitious pipeline targets.
- Enhance budget efficiency and program performance by assessing campaign ROI and modifying tactics as needed.
- Lead strategic initiatives to align our go-to-market strategy, fostering interdepartmental collaboration and establishing streamlined processes for optimal efficiency.
- Broaden the influence and scope of the Growth Marketing team, cultivating a culture of discipline, best practices, and consistency to promote scalability.
- Recruit, mentor, and guide a diverse, high-performing team to execute growth initiatives with excellence.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals.
