We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Sales Manager to join our team at the 160 Driving Academy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting student drivers for our 4-week CDL training program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit student drivers for the 160 CDL training program
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students from enrollment to graduation
  • Manage day-to-day operations and responsibilities of the branch location
  • Build long-lasting professional relationships with students, commercial partners, and governmental agencies
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase branch visibility and recruitment
Requirements
  • College degree
  • Proven sales or marketing experience, preferably in the education or training industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
