Responsibilities


Beginning as a Financial Analyst, you will implement accounting procedures and principles that will facilitate the preparation of financial statements and analyses.

Prepare financial statements
Conduct branch audit evaluations
Compile bank reconciliations and account schedules
Prepare journal entries, expense accruals, and allocations
Participate in a timely and accurate month-end closing process
Assist personnel with inquiries regarding accounting policies and procedures
Analyze fluctuations in income statements
Provide suggestions for process improvements and cost-saving measures
Manage financial records and assist in financial reporting
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
Conduct audits and ensure compliance
Collaborate with various departments
May be responsible for travel and expense reports, coding, account classification, and reimbursement amounts
May be tasked with the preparation of sales and other tax returns

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Must be planning to obtain CPA certification within 1-2 years. (Flexible)
Will consider college students within 2 semesters of graduation with a degree in Accounting or Finance.
Must demonstrate basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Flexibility for career advancement may include relocation outside the local area/state. (flexible)

Must hold a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.

No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI) within the past 5 years.


Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
