As a Branch Financial Sales Manager, you will spearhead sales initiatives and oversee branch operations, supported by a dedicated operations team. Your responsibilities will include engaging in outreach efforts to generate new business, ensuring proactive customer interactions, and providing insights into consumer and small business financial requirements. You will also build banking relationships, facilitate credit extensions, and identify opportunities for specialized services, thereby addressing consumer investment needs.

Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, lending, or financial services, including supervisory experience. Alternatively, candidates with a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 years of relevant experience will also be considered. Essential qualifications include federal registration as mandated by the SAFE Act, active FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations, and a state-specific life insurance license. Preferred attributes include a solid understanding of retail banking products and services, strong networking capabilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
