As a Branch Financial Sales Manager, you will spearhead sales initiatives and oversee branch operations, supported by a dedicated operations team. You will also build banking relationships, facilitate credit extensions, and identify opportunities for specialized services, thereby addressing consumer investment needs.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, lending, or financial services, including supervisory experience. Alternatively, candidates with a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 years of relevant experience will also be considered. Essential qualifications include federal registration as mandated by the SAFE Act, active FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations, and a state-specific life insurance license. Preferred attributes include a solid understanding of retail banking products and services, strong networking capabilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
