About the Insurance Broker Position

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to help us drive business development activities at Alchemy Financial Group. Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, promoting and selling our insurance plans, and building long-term relationships to ensure the stability of our revenues and growth.

Insurance Broker Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to develop effective risk management strategies and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to sell our insurance plans to current and new clients, and explore opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Claims Review: Review insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and satisfaction, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare regular reviews of progress and present them to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Organize and maintain accurate records, databases, and bookkeeping systems to ensure efficient operations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and updates in the field of insurance products and services, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Insurance Broker Requirements

  • Client Focus: Proven experience in providing client-focused solutions and building strong customer relationships.
  • Insurance Expertise: Experience working with a range of insurance plans, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical, and other types of insurance.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of computers and statistics methods, and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven: Proven ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school or BSc degree, with professional certification a plus.
