Sales and Business Growth Manager

As a Sales and Business Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers and partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
The salary range for this position is $75,000-$250,000 per year, with additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage a sales team to ensure optimal performance
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or sales management
- Strong background in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
- Reliable transportation
