Senior Director of Revenue Growth

Lodging Dynamics is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Growth to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading cross-functional teams, and developing effective sales strategies.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and leading high-performing teams. They will also possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward common goals.
This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and be proficient in CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets, focusing on new business acquisition, customer retention, and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, forecast opportunities, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget and optimize marketing spend for maximum return on investment (ROI).
