Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new opportunities to expand our customer base.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Fostering strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and identify new opportunities for growth;
  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to share best practices and drive business results;
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record are required for this position.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation abilities;
  • A competitive spirit and results-driven mentality;
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Problem-solving ability, organization, and negotiation skills;
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and CRM tools (Salesforce);
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

We prefer candidates with prior experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
