Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a dedicated benefits professional to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong track record in the employee benefits sector and be driven by achieving excellence in client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize benefit plans to align with clients' specific requirements and objectives.
- Analyze insurance needs and offer suitable coverage options within budget constraints.
- Deliver proposals, address client inquiries, and ensure smooth plan implementations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain client compliance and competitiveness.
- Cultivate relationships with insurance providers and industry collaborators.
- Monitor key performance metrics to drive client retention and revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employee benefits brokerage.
- Active insurance broker license (mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits products, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Excellent communication skills for various contexts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively using CRM software and other tools.
