Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with local healthcare facilities (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living centers, and medical offices) to establish potential lead sources.
  • Conduct personal visits and schedule meetings with key individuals who can refer clients, including representatives from private, public, and non-profit organizations. Aim to connect with 8-10 lead sources daily.
  • Deliver presentations on our services during staff meetings at healthcare facilities and corporate events.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent our services and build additional lead sources.
  • Generate sales opportunities while promoting a positive image of the company within the community and at professional gatherings.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and demonstrate empathy.
  • Self-driven with a passion for networking and making sales calls.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in external sales and marketing, including cold calling.
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or pharmaceutical sales is advantageous, along with a background in customer service or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated initiative and independence in executing responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, and capable of learning specialized home care management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and make sound decisions in line with company policies.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • A positive, energetic, and collaborative team-oriented mindset.
