About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Account Manager. As a key member of our Commercial HVAC sales team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our innovative climate solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and promote our complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to our customers.
  • Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay of $73,000.
  • Lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation assistance during the 5-month training program.
  • Uncapped compensation opportunity based on sales performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis).
