Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the branch, ensuring optimal project execution.
  • Lead a diverse team of engineers and support staff, providing mentorship and direction to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the field of Geotechnical Engineering.
  • Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with CADD/Microstation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with geotechnical software tools such as SlopeW, AllPile, Gint, and MSEW.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and excellence.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of regional standards and procedures is advantageous.
