Position Summary:

Real Time Medical Systems is in search of a Senior Vice President of Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts, emphasizing innovation in senior care through technology-driven, value-oriented healthcare solutions. This role is pivotal in leading marketing initiatives targeting long-term care, assisted living, and other critical market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility for Real Time Medical Systems' offerings in key markets:

- Owners and operators of Long-term Care (LTC) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF),

- Executive Directors, Chairpersons, and key personnel of LTC and ALF Associations,

- National associations for nursing homes and ALFs,

- State and Federal officials, agency leaders, and policy advisors.

  • Formulate and present a detailed marketing plan and budget.
  • Initiate go-to-market strategies to boost Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), including digital marketing campaigns, thought leadership, public relations, advertising, sponsorships, and proposals.
  • Oversee the creation of external marketing materials and presentations to support sales efforts.
  • Identify, plan, and execute participation in significant national and regional industry conferences to showcase the company and its offerings.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts with industry publications and local media.
  • Build strong collaborations with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with corporate growth objectives and return on investment (ROI) targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive marketing innovation.
  • Lead projects effectively, starting with a small team and expanding as necessary.
  • Execute the outlined plan within a stringent timeline.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in marketing within healthcare systems.
  • A minimum of 10 years in leadership and team management roles.
  • Track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies in competitive environments.
  • Experience in content creation and written communication.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for large groups, small teams, and individual interactions.
  • Familiarity with health and patient care facilities.
  • Experience in post-acute care or LTC is highly advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Strong ethical standards.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Working Conditions:

This position allows for remote work, with an administrative office located in a suburban area. Frequent travel is required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, often sitting. Minimal lifting of 5-10 pounds of office equipment may be necessary.
