Position: Vice President of Business Development

Location: Remote with travel requirements

Role Summary

Real Time Medical Systems is in search of a Vice President of Business Development to spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at transforming senior healthcare through innovative, technology-driven solutions. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy to market our offerings, particularly targeting Nursing Homes and key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to market our services to:

1) Executive Directors, Chairpersons, and key personnel within Nursing Home and Assisted Living Facility associations.

2) National associations related to Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities.

3) Proprietors and operators of nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously on prioritized objectives and targets.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in marketing within healthcare organizations and associations.
  • 5-10 years of experience in post-acute care or long-term care settings.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare and patient care facilities.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Track record of success in executing business development strategies in competitive environments.
  • Strong ethical standards.
  • Collaborative spirit with a positive outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote but requires frequent travel for business engagements.

Physical Demands

Ability to remain seated for extended periods and occasionally lift 5-10 pounds of office equipment as necessary.
