Position Summary

Real Time Medical Systems is in search of a Vice President of Business Development to spearhead leadership and strategic sales initiatives aimed at transforming senior care through innovative, technology-driven, value-based solutions. The VP will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy to market and sell our services, with a primary focus on Nursing Homes and significant market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting:

1) Executive Directors, Chairpersons, and key personnel within Nursing Home and Assisted Living Facility associations.

2) National associations representing Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities.

3) Proprietors and operators of Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities.

  • Must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously on critical objectives and targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing within healthcare organizations and associations.
  • 5-10 years of experience in post-acute care or long-term care settings.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare and patient care environments.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Track record of successful business development in competitive landscapes.
  • Strong ethical standards.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote but requires regular travel for business purposes.

Physical Demands

Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, often sitting. Minimal lifting of 5-10 pounds of office-related materials may be required.
