Position Summary
Real Time Medical Systems is in search of a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts, focusing on transforming senior care through innovative, technology-driven, value-based solutions. This role will oversee marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at long-term care, assisted living, and other significant market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility for Real Time Medical Systems products within target markets:
- Owners and operators of Long-term Care (LTC) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF),
- Executive Directors, Chairpersons, and key personnel of LTC and ALF Associations,
- National and State Nursing Home and ALF associations,
- Elected officials and appointed leaders at State and Federal levels, along with policy advisors and regulatory staff.
- Develop and present a detailed marketing plan and budget.
- Initiate go-to-market strategies to boost Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), including digital marketing campaigns, thought leadership, public relations, advertising, sponsorships, and proposals.
- Design and manage external marketing materials and presentations to support sales efforts.
- Identify, plan, and execute participation in key national and regional industry conferences to showcase the company and its offerings.
- Coordinate public relations efforts with industry publications and local media.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company’s growth objectives and return on investment (ROI) targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive innovation and refine marketing strategies.
- Lead projects effectively, starting with a small team and expanding as necessary.
- Implement the outlined strategies within an aggressive timeline.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in marketing within healthcare systems.
- A minimum of 10 years in leadership and team management roles.
- Demonstrated success in executing marketing strategies in competitive environments.
- Experience in content creation and marketing communications.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations to large and small groups.
- Strong knowledge of health and patient care facilities.
- Experience in post-acute or long-term care is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong ethical standards.
- Team-oriented with a positive outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Working Conditions
This position allows for remote work; however, it requires frequent travel.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, often sitting. Minimal lifting of 5-10 pounds of office-related materials may be required.
