Key Responsibilities
The Vice President will work closely with various departments across the University to drive strategic and financial projects. The office focuses on:

  • Strategic Initiatives: A team of internal specialists providing insights to senior leadership on financial strategies and policies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Development and maintenance of financial reports and dashboards to support long-term financial planning.

The Vice President will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will be a forward-thinking leader, instrumental in advancing strategic and financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in identifying growth opportunities, enhancing financial performance, and promoting a culture centered around data-driven decision-making.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Advising the CFO and senior leadership on strategic and financial analysis.
  • Leading cross-divisional strategic initiatives aligned with the University’s goals.
  • Creating advanced predictive financial models and business plans.
  • Identifying opportunities for strategic growth and operational efficiency.
  • Promoting the use of data analytics in decision-making processes.
  • Providing financial support for key strategic projects across various divisions.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree; an advanced degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, project management, or consulting.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  • A collaborative approach with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting to senior audiences.
