Revival Home Health & Hospice is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Area Vice President of Operations. This position will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned geography of branches for Home Health.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across departments.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational performance, including process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local leaders and communities served.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to direct reports.
- Responsible for reporting on business performance and progress towards goals to senior leadership.
- Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training of direct reports.
- Master's degree in business administration or related field.
- Eight + years of experience in multi-site management, preferably in home health or related healthcare industry.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse or other clinical license preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
