Overview:


As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries and conducting thorough case intakes throughout your workday.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Handle incoming calls and perform case intake for extended periods.
2. Provide guidance on general policy inquiries and facilitate resolutions for straightforward cases.
3. Recognize cases that need to be escalated and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
4. Address basic inquiries and direct managers to appropriate Employee Relations resources.

Essential Skills:


- Strong ability to establish rapport quickly, ask insightful questions, and take comprehensive notes during conversations.
- Effective time management skills to maintain control of calls in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail in case management records.

Preferred Skills:


- Experience in call center operations, particularly in intake processes.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
- Background in Human Resources or Employee Relations.

Additional Responsibilities:


- Complete necessary intake forms and maintain tracking systems.
- Set up cases within the case management framework.
- Maintain an expected timeline of 15 minutes per intake.
