Contract: 9/9/ /28/2025 (Possibility of moving to perm depending on performance and business needs)
Shift: M-F, OPEN AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
Pay Range: $21.03/hour, paid weekly.
Employee Relations Consultant
Receive inbound calls and conduct case intake from a queue for 6-8 hours per day.Provide consultation on general policy questions, drive resolution for less complex cases.Identify cases requiring escalation and complete required documentation.Answer basic questions and refer managers to the correct Employee Relations Tools or resources as needed.Required Skills:
Ability to quickly build rapport, ask probing questions and take thorough notes while talking to inquirer.Time management in controlling the call (fast paced environment).Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation in case management system.Desired Skills:
Call Center experience, specifically intake.Working in case management systems.Human resource/employee relation experience. Responsibilities:Intake information from a phone queue for 6-8 hours per day.Complete intake form and tracker.Set up case in case management system.Answer basic questions and refer managers to the correct.Employee Relations Tools or resources as needed.Expectation of 15 minutes per intake. Working Conditions:May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.The ability to lift up to 30 lbs.Use of computers and technology.
