Position Responsibilities:

As an Employee Relations Intake Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound calls and conducting case intake for 6-8 hours daily.
  • Providing guidance on general policy inquiries and resolving less complex cases.
  • Identifying cases that need escalation and ensuring proper documentation is completed.
  • Addressing basic inquiries and directing managers to appropriate Employee Relations resources.
Required Skills:
  • Strong ability to establish rapport quickly, ask insightful questions, and take comprehensive notes during calls.
  • Effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in case management.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in call center operations, particularly in intake processes.
  • Familiarity with case management systems.
  • Background in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
Expectations:

You will be expected to:

  • Intake information from a phone queue for 6-8 hours daily.
  • Complete intake forms and maintain tracking systems.
  • Set up cases in the case management system.
  • Provide basic information and refer managers to the correct Employee Relations resources as needed.
  • Complete each intake within an average of 15 minutes.
