Position Summary:
The Client Relations Analyst plays a crucial role in collaborating with advisors and specialists to assess client information, identify requirements, and develop tailored risk management strategies that align with clients' financial objectives. This position also involves assisting advisors with various service requests and making necessary adjustments to client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documentation for presenting risks to the market.
  • Create applications, insurance summaries, certificates, and identification cards.
  • Support client service teams in crafting presentation materials.
  • Analyze complex data and compile reports under supervision.
  • Input data into relevant insurance and firm software systems.
  • Generate monthly reports on cancellations and expirations.
  • Process endorsements and conduct audits.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing firm operations and processes.

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education & Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in the insurance sector.
  • Possession of a current Property and Casualty License, or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance coverages is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning additional insurance software.

Work Environment:
This role operates in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, requiring adaptability and efficiency.
