About the Role:
The Healthcare Customer Service Associate serves as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking information about our healthcare services. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors.
  • Welcoming clients into the practice and offering guidance both in-person and over the phone.
  • Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments efficiently.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Accurately preparing and managing documentation related to patient care.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics set by management.
  • Managing inventory and supplies in accordance with established protocols.
  • Adhering to all policies and procedures relevant to the role.
  • Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • Upholding professional standards in communication and appearance.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Preferred: Experience as a Patient Service Representative in a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
