Position: Patient Service Representative (Evening Shift)
Overview: A dedicated Patient Services Representative is sought for a prestigious healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate reimbursement processes by collecting and verifying patient demographic and insurance details.
- Ensure compliance by obtaining necessary patient signatures as mandated by organizational and federal regulations.
- Manage and update patient registration systems efficiently.
- Create and maintain accurate medical records for patient care.
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere for all patients seeking care.
- Collect co-payments and pre-payments, ensuring timely patient arrivals to clinical areas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment or equivalent education.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and third-party payer processes is essential.
- Proven excellence in customer service and patient care interactions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively throughout the workday.
- Availability to work the specified evening shift from Friday to Tuesday.
