  • Facilitate reimbursement processes by collecting and verifying patient demographic and insurance details.
  • Ensure compliance by obtaining necessary patient signatures as mandated by organizational and federal regulations.
  • Manage and update patient registration systems efficiently.
  • Create and maintain accurate medical records for patient care.
  • Provide a welcoming atmosphere for all patients seeking care.
  • Collect co-payments and pre-payments, ensuring timely patient arrivals to clinical areas.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment or equivalent education.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and third-party payer processes is essential.
  • Proven excellence in customer service and patient care interactions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively throughout the workday.
  • Availability to work the specified evening shift from Friday to Tuesday.
