Position Overview:
As a Patient Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing communications for Providence Health & Services and its clients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver efficient, precise, and customer-oriented communication services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive patient registration during calls.
2. Schedule both routine and complex appointments for primary care and specialty services.
3. Address general inquiries regarding insurance and verify patient insurance details.
4. Collaborate effectively with back-office teams through messaging systems and phone communications to ensure timely relay of patient needs.

Patient Experience:
Your communication efforts will be pivotal in providing an exceptional experience for our patients. This role may involve travel to various Providence Health & Services locations.

Qualifications:
Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
Preferred: 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
