Your Responsibilities -
- Verify and input usage of surgical implants to maintain inventory for clients.
- Coordinate with sales teams and customers to secure purchase orders while addressing inquiries from the sales department, conducting research as necessary.
- Establish procedures to ensure accurate inventory records in the ERP system through effective billing and replenishment processes.
- Engage and respond promptly, accurately, and courteously to foster positive business relationships.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance service levels, internal processes, and customer support strategies while building rapport with both internal and external clients.
- Maintain a strong focus on improving Open ARO's.
- Determine charges for product requests/usage, collaborate with Accounts Receivable on invoice disputes/discrepancies, and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
- Compile product or service reports by gathering and analyzing customer data.
- Oversee customer pricing in record systems.
- Implement and support quality initiatives throughout the customer service workflow.
Qualifications -
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to turn customers into advocates for our products and services.
- A proactive approach to resolving customer issues with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying hours as needed to meet business demands.
Compensation ranges from $22.52 to $28.35 per hour, plus eligibility for bonuses and benefits. Actual pay may vary based on location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
