We are looking for Customer Service Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities, knowledge of herbal and aromatherapy products, a friendly attitude, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks while interacting professionally with customers in all situations.

This is a full-time, dynamic role requiring 30 – 40 hours per week, with flexible hours that may include evenings, holidays, and a commitment to work weekends regularly.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those specific to retail operations.
  • Familiarize yourself with product catalogs and online resources. Utilize databases and inventory systems to assist customers effectively.
  • Learn product codes and company guidelines, including standard responses to customer inquiries.
  • Enhance your knowledge of herbal and natural products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Stay informed about all products, including new releases and updates.
  • Interact with customers both in-person and over the phone in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Accurately process financial transactions, including calculating totals and applying discounts.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience through customer interactions and maintaining an inviting store environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and report any issues to management promptly.
  • Understand basic processes in other departments such as Returns and Quality Control.
  • Communicate with various departments to obtain information and assist customers.
  • Become proficient in multiple software applications including POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the store to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
  • Assist with product display, pricing, and inventory management as directed.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new procedures and technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
