Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate clinic phone communications and coordinate messages between various stakeholders.
- Accurately gather and distribute patient records to the appropriate personnel using both digital and manual systems.
- Collect co-payments from patients efficiently and discreetly.
- Execute clerical duties, manage scheduling, and maintain records to support both patients and healthcare staff.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service in a dynamic environment, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and discretion.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred, along with prior experience in a healthcare setting.
