Culinary Service Associate

Schedule: 0.75, Evening

We are seeking a dedicated individual who consistently exemplifies outstanding customer service while demonstrating compassion and empathy. The Culinary Service Associate will be responsible for receiving and processing meal requests from patients, visitors, and caregivers. This role involves accurately entering and maintaining patient and dietary order information within the dietary office computer system. The associate will assist customers with modified diets in fulfilling their food preferences and will communicate effectively through various channels including telephone and fax.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals.
  • Process meal orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain precise records in the dietary office system.
  • Assist customers with specific dietary needs.
  • Communicate effectively using various messaging systems.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • National Food Handler Card as required by local regulations upon hire.
Preferred:
  • One year of experience in customer service.
  • Six months of experience with computer keyboarding, specifically with Microsoft Operating Systems.
