Job Overview

The Client Relationship Executive will manage the designated territory and surrounding regions as assigned. This role focuses on cultivating strong partnerships with store managers and personnel to meet both short-term and long-term performance goals at specific retail locations within the defined area. Key activities include comprehensive sales coverage, ensuring prompt product availability, compliance with merchandising standards, conducting pricing assessments, and executing promotional strategies, all aimed at driving additional sales growth.

The ideal candidate is a driven and proactive individual who will effectively represent our clients and promote their products in Natural and Specialty retail environments. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of organization.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Duties
  • Promote and sell display programs at independent natural retailers that source from designated distributors.
  • Drive additional sales for promotional displays based on outlined programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store managers and buyers through exceptional communication and follow-up.
  • Facilitate the introduction and placement of new products at independent natural retailers.
  • Identify gaps in product availability and take corrective actions.
  • Optimize product placement on shelves to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Participate in retailer reset events as needed.
  • Conduct audits and pricing evaluations in stores as required.
Communication
  • Report competitive and market trends to management.
  • Utilize provided technology to track and report performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set and review performance objectives.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in the Natural Food Industry is preferred.
  • Must have adequate home space for storing necessary samples.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and external contacts.
  • Basic proficiency in Office applications (Outlook, Excel) is required, along with effective management of email and calendar functions.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance are mandatory, with the ability to drive for extended periods.
  • Physical capability to perform essential job functions, including lifting and moving products as necessary.
  • A clean driving record is required, with no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 36 months.
