Key Responsibilities

- **Relationship Building:** Engage with clients promptly to seize business opportunities and foster long-term, profitable relationships.
- **Time and Territory Management:** Develop a daily itinerary that includes site visits and client meetings to maximize sales productivity within your designated area.
- **Hilti Brand Ambassador:** Utilize your technical expertise to deliver high-level consultations within your territory and represent the Hilti brand effectively in the marketplace.
- **Progress Tracking:** Employ Salesforce to document all client interactions, as reporting is a critical aspect of this position.

What We Offer

Our Client Relationship Managers can expect to earn between $54,000 - $75,000, with the potential to earn up to $19,000 in commissions during their first year upon meeting sales objectives. This role features uncapped bonus potential. Individual starting salaries may vary based on geography, experience, and education. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide:

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of three years of outside sales experience, ideally in a target-driven environment
  • Proactive approach with a hands-on attitude, capable of demonstrating tools and utilizing Salesforce for tracking
  • Valid driver's license required; a company vehicle will be provided
  • Exceptional time and territory management skills
  • Ability to navigate construction sites, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules
