About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Operations and Community Development team at Behring Co. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company that is revolutionizing the commercial real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of our luxury office and coworking spaces, ensuring a high level of service and quality.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue growth.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, clients, and partners.
  • Community Development
    • Foster a thriving community of members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Develop and implement community-building initiatives, including events, programming, and marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive membership growth and retention.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and revenue streams.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including brokers, agents, and industry leaders.
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales and marketing team to drive business growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a high-performing team of operations and community development professionals.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their career development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, hospitality, or real estate.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, community development, or business development, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving operations, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
